Are your products legal by Federal law?
YES. On December 20, 2018 the President of the United States signed into law the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 which made hemp legal to buy, sell, transport, and possess. The term "hemp" means "the plant Cannabis Sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis" (Section 297A(1)).
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on perishable products. If you are dissatisfied with your non-perishable purchase for any reason, contact us at sales@rosinfields.com to discuss a replacement.
What is Live Rosin?
Live rosin is the hemp/cannabis concentrate connoisseur’s choice. Live rosin is a solventless hash oil concentrate that is made in a completely different process than traditional butane hash oils. When cannabis products are frozen after harvest they are considered to be “live". The resulting hash is then pressed with minimal heat and pressure through another filter bag to make the terpene and cannabinoid-rich live rosin. The purity of this process is truly what separates live rosin from other concentrate types, and the end result clearly highlights the benefits of solventless extractions compared to traditional butane extraction methods. Here at Rosinfields we only use solvent-free concentrates.
Where do you ship?
We do not ship to Arkansas, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, or Idaho. THCa is prohibited in these states. Please check local laws before ordering.
What is the difference between live rosin and live resin?
In short, live resin is a cannabis/hemp concentrate produced from newly harvested plant material that is frozen at ultra-low temperatures shortly after harvest. From there, like many other concentrates, the plant material is blasted using a solvent such as butane, propane, or ethanol. The resulting extract is then purged and pressed. Many consider live resin to be one of the highest-quality concentrate products because of its unusual extraction method. “Live” (fresh) cannabis flower, of course, allows manufacturers to skip the drying and curing process that is required by other extraction methods. Live rosin is slightly different. Many people refer to rosin and live rosin as the same thing. Yet, they are different cannabis products. Rosin is a concentrate produced from dried cannabis flower, kief, or hash. Live rosin, on the other hand, is produced from fresh or frozen (“live”) plants. The distinction may be subtle, but the results are not. Live rosin is typically better tasting and contains much more terpenes than its counterpart. The two products also look fairly distinct. Live rosin looks similar to wax or honey, whereas rosin may resemble sap or other cannabis oils. The main difference between live resin vs live rosin for many consumers is that live rosin is produced without solvents. Live resin is extracted using chemicals, such as ethanol, butane, propane, or carbon dioxide. Often, extractors use a blend of butane (70%) and propane (30%) to create live resin.
What is THCa?
THCA, short for tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is a non-intoxicating compound produced by the cannabis plant. It is the precursor of THC that occurs in live cannabis plants: THCA is commonly consumed by juicing raw cannabis leaves, though it can also be prepared into oils and other products.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or concentrates cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace non consumable items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rosinfields.com.
Shipping
Our products are shipped within 7 days using the following carriers: USPS, UPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Klean Kloud, LLC 6501 Arlington Expressway B105 #7047 Jacksonville, Florida 32211. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
